As managing director at the consulting and advisory firm Kaufman Hall, a Vizient company, Anu Singh advises healthcare organizations on various growth and transformation matters, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, affiliations, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. He is a leading industry facilitator and presenter on a variety of healthcare topics, including industry transformation, the changing nature of competitive forces, modernizing strategic planning and implications for healthcare fiduciaries and governance, in addition to the growth and partnership expertise noted above. Singh also supports the inorganic growth of Kaufman Hall by leading the evaluation of potential acquisition targets for the company.

With more than 30 years of experience advising healthcare organizations, Singh is a trusted advisor on complex acquisitions, divestitures and enterprise growth initiatives in highly competitive and evolving markets. He brings deep expertise in transaction strategy, capital deployment and enterprise value optimization and is frequently engaged to advise on high-impact strategic expansion efforts.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Singh served in leadership roles at Huron Consulting Group, where he advised a variety of organizations within and outside of healthcare on strategic transactions, turnaround/ workout and corporate restructuring matters.

Singh holds a master of business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
