Forrest Sylvester

Forrest Sylvester is a Senior Vice President with Kaufman Hall's Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He works with various healthcare clients, providing merger, acquisition, joint venture and other strategic advisory services for sell-side, buy-side and facilitated transactions.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Mr. Sylvester was a Director of Development at Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA), a subsidiary of Optum/UnitedHealth Group with more than 300 ambulatory surgery centers nationwide. In that role, he led the sourcing, assessment and execution of investments in various healthcare service companies.

Mr. Sylvester holds a BBA in economics from the University of Georgia and an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
