Cristina Indiveri, MS

Associate Vice President, Core Tenet Programs, Sustainability

Cristina Indiveri spearheads the strategy for Vizient’s Sustainability Program. With a commitment to aligning innovation with organizational goals, Cristina develops scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance operational excellence, financial performance, and responsible stewardship.

Under Cristina’s leadership, Vizient has emerged as a trailblazer in healthcare sustainability. The company has been recognized as a Co-Chair of the Collaborative for Healthcare Action to Reduce MedTech Emissions and actively participates in the National Academy of Medicine’s Action Collaborative on Decarbonizing the U.S. Health Sector.

With approximately 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Cristina brings a deep understanding of operational excellence, program optimization and sustainability strategy. Before joining Vizient, she led multiple support departments and programs at Yale New Haven Hospital, a 1,541-bed non-profit medical center, where she advanced sustainability initiatives in one of the country’s largest healthcare systems.

Cristina’s expertise is bolstered by her educational achievements, including an Executive Education in Sustainability Leadership from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Connecticut.
